• Comply with payment schedules for installment plans
• Provide accurate payment information

All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to applicable taxes.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Full refund if cancellation is made within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing course materials
• Pro-rated refund if cancellation is made within the first 30 days of program commencement
• No refund after 30 days of program commencement

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and learning platform, including text, graphics, logos, videos, course materials, and software, is the property of Digni Ribol or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Remove or alter any copyright notices

Acceptable Use

Job Placement Guarantee

Our job placement guarantee for eligible programs is subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of all required coursework and projects
• Adherence to our structured job search protocol
• Applying to a minimum number of positions as specified
• Attending all scheduled career coaching sessions

Full terms of the job placement guarantee are provided in your enrollment agreement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• Our services will meet your specific requirements
• Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any specific outcomes will result from completing our programs

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digni Ribol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digni Ribol, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination
